Furthering our commitment to delivering the features and capabilities that positively impact a retailer’s and supplier's bottom lines, all VendorNet clients receive respective VendorNet Commerce Suite module upgrades at no additional charge. Semi-annual releases contain many new features and functions largely based on input from our retail clients and suppliers alike to expand and further automate our capabilities.

SmartSourceSM SUPPORT PROGRAM FOR SUPPLIERS

SmartSourceSM is a dedicated ‘1st-Line Vendor Support’ program that provides VendorNet-enabled suppliers with direct access to VendorNet customer support representatives for any support questions, retraining, or trouble shooting assistance. Complimentary monthly refresher training webinars are included, and all suppliers receive a monthly newsletter that contains tips to better utilize the VendorNet software.
