Candidates must have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as sharp trouble shooting capabilities and the ability to learn new software quickly. Those applying for the project management position must have prior experience/success in project management roles. Candidates for the customer support analyst position must have a Bachelors degree, with a major in Computer Science or Information Systems preferred. Microsoft NT/SQL Server experience a plus, but not required.

Self-starter with good presentation skills and a "close the deal" attitude. Desire and ability to thoroughly learn our software products and the industries we serve. Commendable college performance with background in Computer Science and or Marketing preferred. Sales experience a plus.
Functions include but are not limited to: maintaining web-based software using ASP (HTML and VBScript), Visual Basic, and SQL, developing and supporting software to facilitate integration between systems using Visual Basic and SQL, providing assistance to support personnel on complex software issues, analyzing and updating data to meet specific client needs and support requests, developing and supporting custom software to satisfy customer requests. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Four-year degree (Computer Science, Information Technology), 2-year minimum related work experience.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Visual Basic 6 including: Developing COM objects and stand alone applications, working with TCP/IP sockets, parsing and creating XML documents, interacting with databases using ADO. Expert knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server including: developing complex SQL statements using Query Analyzer and ADO, developing and maintaining databases using Enterprise Manager, troubleshooting and analyzing queries using Profiler. Knowledge of ASP (VBScript and JavaScript) and HTML. Knowledge of ASP.NET and experience with C++ is a plus.
Successful candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with development and business users. Four-year degree required with at least one year of software quality testing experience preferred. SQL Server experience a must.
