SKU Trak facilitates inventory visibility and updates from dropship and stock suppliers to a retailer through a web-based interface or direct file uploads. This is especially pertinent to the dropship business model. It allows retailers to have visibility to dropship inventory levels with suppliers, which in turn drives availability on a retailer's website. It improves customer satisfaction, and eliminates customer service issues and associated labor costs by avoiding backorders and missed deliveries.

VendorNet Returns Manager enables dropship order returns and exchange processing making it possible for suppliers to process dropship returns online.
